France’s Michelin set to buy Flex Composite Group for €700 mn

French tyre manufacturer Michelin will acquire Flex Composite Group (FCG) for €700 million in line with Michelin’s 2030 strategy. The move will boost Michelin’s polymer composite activities, while also improving FCG’s environmental footprint.
