Albaad Group, a manufacturer of wet wipes and tampons, has taken over Spanish wet wipes producer Optimal Care. The acquired company becomes the "Albaad Iberia" division, which will be integrated into Albaad's European subsidiary in Germany. Through this acquisition, Albaad expands its presence as the leading manufacturer of wet wipes in Europe.

UK’s Magma supplies high-pressure composite riser pipe to HWCG

Magma Global, manufacturer of PEEK and carbon-fibre composite m-pipe, has supplied the world’s first high-pressure composite riser pipe to HWCG’s storage location on the US Gulf Coast, completing its rapidly deployable Offset Flexible Riser (OFR) system. The m-pipe is meant to enhance HWCG’s rapid deployment emergency well containment system.

US’ Toray Advanced Composites gets high heat press at Nijverdal

Toray Advanced Composites has installed a next-generation high heat laminate press at its Nijverdal facility in The Netherlands. This expands the company’s thermoplastic composite material capabilities for high-performance applications. Laminates made using the new press are 50 per cent larger than existing laminates in this performance category.

Denmark coalition working on circularity of turbine blades
