Electroimpact, a provider of factory automation and tooling solutions, has increased laydown speeds of thermoplastic uni-directional tape (TP UDT) to 4000 inches per minute (IMP), working with Victrex, a leader in high-performance polymer solutions. Notus Composites (UAE) has completed delivery of fire retardant (FR) epoxy prepreg for Dubai’s Museum of the Future, one of the most complex façade projects. The company has supplied over 600,000m2 of prepreg materials for the building’s external façade panels. The museum has 1024 cladding panels built with Notus’ multiaxial glass and carbon prepregs.
