Germany’s Freudenberg to present sustainable materials at Lineapelle

Freudenberg Performance Materials (Freudenberg) will be presenting Evolon eco-friendly microfibre reinforcement material for leather goods that is manufactured in Europe with no solvent and no chemical binder at the Lineapelle international trade show for the leather industry. The international exhibition will be held from September 20-22 in Italy.

Swiss firm Gurit posts sales of CHF 234.8 mn in H1 FY22

Net sales of Gurit, specialising in advanced composites, in the first half (H1) of fiscal 2022 were CHF 234.8 million, a decline of -7.0 per cent at constant exchange rates or -9.2 per cent in reported CHF versus prior year. For continued operations, the decline was -5.7 per cent at constant exchange rates in the first half of fiscal 2022.
