Nigeria to become Africa’s petrochemical hub with $2 bn plant

Multinational industrial conglomerate Dangote Industries Limited has announced that its $2 billion plant in Lagos, which has the potential to position Nigeria as one of Africa’s largest petrochemical hubs, is at an advanced stage of completion. The plant is anticipated to be the biggest single train greenfield petroleum refinery in the world.
