Carrington Textiles, a global manufacturer of textiles for workwear, has announced a successful presence at Techtextil, reporting a high number of enquiries received on sustainable products of its Balance Range as well as on high stretch fabrics. Carrington Textiles’ 100 square metre stand at Techtextil also received outstanding feedback from visitors.

International technology group, Andritz, has received an order from Yanpai filtration technology, China, to supply batt forming equipment with an aXcess card and crosslapper for a needlepunch line producing PTFE filtration products at its site in Tiantai. Indian researchers develop reusable N95 mask with nanoparticle coating

Indian researchers have developed a reusable, recyclable, washable, odourless, non-allergic and anti-microbial N95 mask by using 3D printing technology. The four-layer mask whose outer layer is made up of silicon has a shelf life of more than 5 years depending upon the use. The mask can be used by workers who are exposed to high volumes of dust.
