Zhoukou Xuwang Company Ltd. has announced that it has started up two new Andritz crosslapped neXline spunlace lines at its facilities based in Henan province, China. The board of directors at INDA elevated Tony Fragnito from the chief operating officer (COO) of INDA to president, effective from May 31. Fragnito will assume the position currently held by Dave Rousse, who will become president Emeritus and provide support and assistance to Fragnito as needed until Rousse fully retires in January, 2023.
