US’ Lear acquires Kongsberg Automotive’s Interior Comfort Systems

Lear Corporation, US’ automotive technology leader in seating and E-systems, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of Kongsberg Automotive’s Interior Comfort Systems (ICS) business unit. American tech firm 3M records 7.1% sales rise in July-Sep quarter
