Textile researcher Dr Frederik Cloppenburg, scientist at Germany’s Institut fur Textiltechnik (ITA) of RWTH Aachen University, was recently honoured with the Karl Arnold Prize of the North Rhine-Westphalian Academy of Sciences and Arts for 2021.
