Finland’s Suominen’s net sales grow 15.1% to €133.1 mn in Q4 FY22

Suominen Corporation, a Finish firm that manufactures nonwovens, has reported net sales of €133.1 million, an increase of 15.1 per cent year-on-year (YoY), in the fourth quarter of financial year 2022 ended December 31, 2022. UK’s government retains measures on glass fibre imports from China

The UK government has decided to retain existing measures on imports of continuous glass fibre from China, as recommended by the TRA. This means the UK’s glass fibre industry, predominantly based in Wigan, will continue to be protected from injury caused by dumped and subsidised imports of glass fibre from China for five years, from January 31, 2021.
