Prof. Pavol Sahadevan is Assistant Professor at National Institute of Fashion Technology, Kannur, India. She has around 9 years of experience in industry and in academics. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D in Management from University of Mysore and specialises in Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Development. She has been awarded ‘The Best Process Practice’ during her tenure at Avery Dennison Corporation. Among other enticements, painting, writing and reading is her passion. She is proficient in the field of Design, Creative Thinking, Fashion studies, Fashion Consumer behaviour, Branding, Visual Merchandising, Services Marketing, Sustainable Fashion and Trends. She has publications in the area of Social Entrepreneurship, Marketing communications, Sustainable and Social Entrepreneurship.
