Praveen Tomar is Automation COE Lead – Business Process Automation, UK Civil Service, Manchester Area, UK. According to him, the primary aim of automation is to improve human freedom, dignity, equality, security, and total well-being. This aim has pushed him a mile further in every aspect of his life. He has rich 18 years of experience in process consulting, driving IT automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial intelligence (AI) projects across the continents, and also worked in different cultures and understood cultural sensitivity issues while working in a global cross-functional team (UK, US, and India). His functional /technical experience is in driving digital strategy, large IT automation, and process transformation projects. He is also a certified lean six sigma black belt and led multi-million-dollar continuous process improvement and business optimisation projects in the Public/Government sector, BFS, and healthcare sector.
