The Intermediate Nonwovens Course provides attendees with a generalized overview of nonwoven production processes and end-product applications. The course covers the fundamental chemical and physical make up of nonwovens, the properties of materials used in making nonwovens, and the manufacturing processes used to produce nonwovens. This course offers a balance of in-the-classroom learning at INDA and NWI, along with hands-on activities and the opportunity to experience NWI's state-of-the-art pilot lines and analytical characterization capabilities on the Centennial Campus of NC State University.
