Ahlstrom-Munksjo’s parent company Spa Holdings 3 Oy, part of the official list of the International Stock Exchange, has registered with the Finnish Patent and Registration Office as its business name Ahlstrom-Munksjo Holding 3 Oy. The company along with Spa US Holdco, Ahlstrom-Munksjo Oyj and its subsidiaries form the Ahlstrom-Munksjo Holding group of companies.

Ahlstrom-Munksjo is a global leader in fibre-based materials, supplying innovative and sustainable solutions to its customers. It aims to expand the role of fibre-based solutions for sustainable everyday life, the company said in a press note.

The company’s offerings include filter materials, release liners, food and beverage processing materials, decor papers, abrasive and tape backings, electrotechnical paper, glass fibre materials, medical fibre materials, diagnostics and energy storage solutions, as well as a range of specialty papers for industrial and consumer end-uses.
