Of these shares, 400,000 shares valued at €4.08 million were sold to AC Invest Five B.V. and 125,000 shares valued at €1.28 million to Viknum AB, entities which are related to Ahlstrom.
Following the sale of shares, Ahlstrom's shareholding in Munksjö is 1,300,981 shares, representing 2.55 per cent of the total shares and votes.

Its materials are used in everyday applications such as filters, medical fabrics, life science and diagnostics, wallcoverings and food packaging.
