Andritz to present nonwoven technologies at Hightex/ITM

In the spunlace sector, for high production capacities of lightweight fabrics, the company would demonstrate combination of TT card and Jetlace Essentiel hydroentanglement process. In the needlepunch sector, Andritz would showcase, Andritz neXline needlepunch which optimises the production rate of every individual machine along the line, providing higher tensile strength, better MD/CD ratios, and greater evenness.

The textile calender product line teXcal trike, specially designed for technical textiles and complete wetlaid nonwoven line for hygiene and medical would also be presented at the show. Andritz customers would also have the opportunity to reduce energy consumption in their lines with the new Andritz drying solution neXecodry.

The visitors would also witness the high-performance neXcal calenders for thermobonding, embossing, laminating, and calibrating in finishing of nonwovens, and padders and kiss roll systems with suitable dosing stations for wet finishing. (NA)
