High loft 850 fill power European grey goose down delivers maximum insulation for minimal weight. The down is resilient and easily compressed an important factor in situations where it’s important to minimize gear volume.

Thisela shell fabric is a silky, ultralight, downproof 7D Japanese nylon. The exceptionally fine filaments used to create this fabric are tightly woven, creating a dense weave that is extremely durable for its weight. A challenge to sew because it is so fine, Thisela fabric requires the great care, craftsmanship and attention to detail that defines Arc’teryx products.

Committed to designing the lightest weight, highest performance piece possible, this minimalist design has shed grams without impacting function.

Micro baffles with sewn through construction reduce material requirements while providing a trim, thermally efficient fit. Elastic is used at the cuffs and rear hem to seal out drafts without the added weight of drawcords and cordlocks. Even the zippers are minimalized.

Down Composite Mapping places down fill where it’s needed most, and synthetic fill where condensation and ambient moisture are most likely to occur.
