Bauer Hockey makes new VAPOR 1X stick with TeXtreme fibre

Bauer Hockey, the world’s most recognised designer, marketer and manufacturer of hockey equipment, has introduced their latest stick, the most advanced stick VAPOR 1X, reinforced by TeXtreme fibre.

TeXtreme is an ultra-light and strong carbon fibre technology that is 20 per cent lighter than conventional carbon fibre reinforcements that reduce weight without sacrificing strength or stiffness. The VAPOR 1X is redesigned to give quick release shots and faster moves around defensemen.

TeXtreme carbon fibre fabrics help reduce the weight while, at the same time, increase the durability and strength of the stick. Bauer Hockey uses TeXtreme to reduce weight, improve the mechanical performance and for the superior surface smoothness, which reduces the need for finishing drastically compared to other carbon fibre fabrics. The VAPOR 1X is designed with a unique TeXtreme silver version which gives it a new and revolutionary look, TeXtreme said in a press release.

With the eLASTech Technology which reinforces the TeXtreme carbon fibres with micro nanotubes, the stick is also capable of preventing cracks from slashes growing and has an extended pop life.
