ChinaPlas 2015 to run from May 20-23 at Guangzhou

ChinaPlas 2015 will be held on May 20-23, 2015 at China Import & Export Fair Complex, Pazhou, Guangzhou, China.

Over 3,100 companies from over 39 countries and regions are expected to introduce a plethora of medical grade plastics, processing machinery and medical packaging solutions at the trade fair.

Exhibitors include Akei, Borch, Borouge, Designer, EMS-Chemis, Engel, Haitian, Hasco, Huabao, Milacron, Mitsubishi Chemical, Mould-tip, Nanjing KY, Synventive, Victor, Xinle Jinhai, etc.

Gross exhibition area is expected to exceed 230,000 sq metres and there will be pavilions from Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Korea, Switzerland, UK, USA, China & Taiwan.

Organisers of ChinaPlas expect some 120,000 professional buyers from 130 countries and regions and over 100 buyer groups to visit the show.

According to the organisers, demand of medical plastics in disposable devices and home use devices will grow at the fastest pace.

Home use medical devices in particular will grow at the CAGR of 30 per cent, fuelled by ageing population and increased health conscious among the consumers, they said. (AR)
