Covering an area of 3,000 square meters, Compocity will have houses approved by Minha Casa, Minha Vida [Federal Government Housing Program] and schools built in accordance with the standards of FNDE. The area dedicated to applications in energy includes wind blades, transmission poles and a gas station; the "neighborhood" focused on solutions for the transportation industry includes bus, off road vehicles, cars and a twin-engine plane; the leisure area includes skate park, pool, pier, jetski and a boat; in the central plaza there are kiosks, shops, ATM and a phone booth. There are also signposts for streets, bus stops and other items common to a real city.

Recycling station
Latin-American Association of Composite Materials (ALMACO) also reserved an area at Compocity for the operation of a recycling station. The system of reuse of the material - composites are 100% recyclable - was developed by the association in partnership with the Institute of Technological Research (IPT). "Besides reusing waste, our sector often uses resins derived from renewable sources and natural fibers, such as jute and sisal."
