Invited speakers will present on topics such as the current standing of the UK industry, opportunities facing the UK manufacturing industry, sector challenges, successes and how the UK supply chain needs to be developed and supported. There are optional additional workshops on ‘Design for Business Growth’ and ‘UK Support for Export’ as well as a tour of the NCC facilities.

The 2014 Annual General Meeting will take place during the conference at 16:30 on 13th May, also at the NCC, where member companies will be informed of developments within the Association and will be notified of the Board of Director election results.

Composites UK will continue the tradition of coinciding the Annual Conference with its Charity Dinner, taking place on the evening of 13th May at the Holiday Inn, Filton, which is around 10 minutes from the NCC. The dinner in the past has raised hundreds of pounds for charities such as Cancer Research, Diabetes UK and Parkinson’s UK thanks to raffle prizes donated through the generous support of its members.
