Technology in all forms has consistently outpaced the sector’s development during the last two decades and the pace of change is accelerating. The EOS plans to look at what the future holds from the industry’s perspective, and pinpoint the opportunities for transformation that can enhance differentiation and improve prospects for outdoor companies.
The focus for this year will be outdoor digital. Various topics to be discussed include ecosystems, partnerships and collaborations; disruption to processes and the need to digitally transform supply chains; embedded and wearable technologies.
Head of ISPO Group Tobias Gröber said, “The EOS is a great gathering for the whole outdoor industry. Important stakeholders of the industry are discussing future oriented topics which are relevant for the development of the business. The event creates a great momentum for future growth and we are very proud to be one of the main sponsors since the very beginning of the summit, as outdoor is part of our DNA.” (GK)
