Sandler Group will highlight its wide range of production technologies – for solutions that make everyday life more comfortable and for new paths towards a more sustainable future, at Techtexil 2024 which will begin from April 23 in Germany.

Sandler has made it its mission to make everyday life more comfortable with its products, also highlighting new solutions for sustainable product portfolios in all industries. From raw material selection to the ideal manufacturing technology, to new recycling concepts that support the implementation of a circular economy, Sandler Group thereby positions itself not only as a reliable partner, but also as a pioneer in its industry; open to new approaches and with the aim of promoting the responsible use of resources through innovation, the company said in a press release.

At this year’s Techtextil, the nonwovens specialist will present its new corporate branding live for the first time at a major trade fair. At booth C68 in hall 12.1, visitors will discover the symbiosis of digital experience and the look and feel of nonwoven innovation. Sandler’s comprehensive technological know-how will take centre stage. For each production technology, video presentations and details on the latest innovations will provide insight into the world of nonwovens manufacturing at Sandler.

Sandler is known for solutions for a wide variety of industries and requirements – from performance materials to sustainable alternatives. Among them are highly efficient filtre media for specialised uses or made from raw materials from natural sources for proven areas of application. Nonwovens for hygiene products that are gentle on the skin and made from 100 per cent biodegradable fibres, are very thin yet high-performance materials for medical applications. Versatile nonwovens for interior acoustics are also durable sound absorber materials for optimised acoustics in cars, trucks and other vehicles, the company said in a press release.

Being 100 per cent single-polymer materials that feature a high recycling content, these sound absorbing nonwovens support closed material cycles in both processing and use. Owing to their high efficiency, they reduce the noise level inside and outside the vehicle – individually adapted to the respective application or specially designed for specific frequency ranges. It is an important contribution to a pleasant and safe ride. Flexibly formable absorber nonwovens enable the implementation of individual design concepts and optimally adapt to different component contours in the passenger compartment and in exterior applications.
