Groz-Beckert to exhibit at Techtextil and Texprocess 2015

Groz-Beckert, one of the world’s leading provider of industrial machine needles, precision parts and fine tools as well as systems and services for the production, and joining of textile fabrics, is set to present its comprehensive range of products at the Techtextil expo, a world famous fair for technical textiles and nonwovens, and Texprocess 2015, expo for the processing of textile and flexible materials, to be held at Frankfurt, Germany, from May 4 to 7, 2015.

The company would display a combination of Gebecon and EcoStar felting needles used for high surface quality. The stability of Gebecon in the preneedling process and the EcoStar in the intermediate and finish needling process provide for an optimum surface of the finished product. The Twisted needle has a twisted working part, for a more defined use of the barbs and a more efficient needling.

For the sewing area, Groz-Beckert’s Sewing 5 concept, which adheres to factors like sustainable production and efficiency, would be presented at the expo. The 5 stands for the five “S” (Supply, Solutions, Service, Superiority, and Sustainability), representing the company’s integral customer orientation and service competence.

The knitting area will present its expanded range of warp knitting products. Step by step the needles and system parts will be complemented by modules for tricot machines. In addition, they will present the most precise needle available in the market to show the difference that circular knitting needles and cylinders can make when it comes to fine fabrics, Grox-Beckert reported.

Groz-Beckert would demonstrate all kinds of healds and heald frames that meet the requirements of the relevant materials, for the weaving area. At the exhibition they will present weaving accessories for different application fields, for example, the high-performance heald frame ALtop Hybrid characterized by its outstanding bending resistance and simple handling as well as long service life and consequently reduced demand of spare parts. In addition, they will exhibit products for special applications like the TWINtec heald that can be used for weaving carbon fibre, aramid, and glass fibre. (GK)
