At Techtextil, the knitting division will be presenting flat knitting needles for particularly fine gauges and special application needles that have been specially developed for the production of technical textiles. The warp knitting product group will be presenting its system solution for the warp knitting industry, which includes individual needles and system parts as well as warp knitting modules, the company said in a press release.
The WarpMasterPlus drawing-in machine will be the focus of the weaving division. Through a 3D model and augmented reality elements, visitors can experience the advantages of the machine, such as its modular design, drawing-in via a single bobbin and simple operation up close.
In addition to the presentation of various product highlights, the felting division will also offer visitors to the booth a virtual tour of the pilot plant at the Groz-Beckert Technology and Development Centre (TEZ) in Albstadt, Germany. This will enable them to experience the staple fibre needle punch line (SVL) up close and find out how Groz-Beckert can support product development as well as product and process optimisation.
The carding division will be presenting the Groz-Beckert InLine card clothing series for the nonwovens industry, which offers improved process reliability and higher plant availability thanks to a new and patented manufacturing process. The exhibit will highlight the differences from the conventional production method.
Due to the Heimtextil Summer Special taking place at the same time, Groz-Beckert’s tufting division will also be represented at Techtextil for the first time this year. The division will be presenting the gauge part system for producing tufted floor coverings such as carpets, bath mats or artificial turf. In addition to needle and looper modules, this also includes reed finger modules and tufting knives, all of which are manufactured by Groz-Beckert with the highest precision and perfectly coordinated.
The sewing division will present a wide range of products and solutions for the sewing industry at Techtextil. In addition to special application needles, whose properties and scope of application can be experienced up close on various 3D models and augmented reality elements, there will also be a special focus on the INH quality management and the customer portal.
Groz-Beckert’s Technology and Development Centre (TEZ) will also be exhibiting at Techtextil. The TEZ experts will explain how Groz-Beckert can support you as an optimisation, development or business partner in a wide range of projects and challenges in the textile world.
