Groz-Beckert to show new products & services at Techtextil

Groz-Beckert, a leading supplier of industrial machine needles, precision parts and fine tools, and services for the production and joining of textile fabrics, is set to show its comprehensive products and services for the textile value chain at Techtextil 2017, a leading technical textile expo, from May 9 to 12, 2017, in Germany, in booth F03, hall 3.0.

The company will display the high-performance worker and doffer wires, SiroLock and EvoStep at Techtextil, which held to boost performance and save raw material within the carding process.

The latest innovation for further processing of the web, Groz-Beckert dur, which has been optimised for longer service life and resistance to corrosion of the felting needles, will also be presented. Spunlace customers can expect another improvement with the HyTec P jet strips, featuring improved handling properties and significantly higher hardness. Groz-Beckert will present the different specifications of the new jet strip at Techtextil. The company will also provide complete information on the PosiLeno leno system, featuring one-of-a-kind performance and flexibility, especially in the manufacture of wide-ranging and custom end products.

At Techtextil, Groz-Beckert will show the latest additions to its technology and development centre at corporate headquarters in Albstadt: The new staple fibre needle punch line at the technical centre scale allows us to raise application advice to the next level.

Groz-Beckert’s another valuable contribution to optimised application advice with quality management INH (Ideal Needle Handling) will also be a part of the show. The new, digital solution for documenting needle breakage, Smart INH, completes the patented process for handling sewing-machine needles throughout the sewing operation. (GK)
