Hygiene Austria LP GmbH was founded on April 24, 2020 by Lenzing AG and Palmers Textil AG as a hygiene competence center with the aim of ensuring the rapid and independent production of hygiene and protective articles for the Austrian and European population. Thanks to the considerable use of funds by the two companies, it was possible to create a modern production infrastructure with a monthly capacity of 12 million masks and 100 new jobs. The product range includes high-quality mouth-nose protective masks for adults and children, which meet medical requirements.
