Zuiko Corporation has announced the successful conclusion of the agreement to acquire Delta Srl. The final agreement to acquire 90 per cent of Delta's quota was formally passed at the board of directors meeting held on May 8, 2024.

After the quota transfer and subsequent capital contribution, Zuiko plans to quickly integrate with Delta and provide added value to current customers and strategically pursue new customers, the company said in a press release.

Established in Italy in 2022, Delta Srl is a disposable sanitary products machinery manufacturer with sales to various countries including the United States, and countries in Europe, South America, and Africa.
