Omonova appoints Thomas Hartle as GM Specialty Coatings

In this newly created position, Hartle will have responsibility for Omonova's global specialty coatings, nonwovens, construction materials, elastomeric modifiers, and home & personal care markets.

With his leadership the team will apply Omonova's broad capabilities, unique product portfolio and strong value propositions to provide innovative solutions and to further accelerate the momentum that has been created in these specialty chemical businesses.

Hartle joins Omonova from SABIC in New York, where he held several leadership roles including director, global noryl product management, director, global noryl product marketing, Americas lexan base resin product manager, and global product manager.

Hartle began his career with GE Plastics in Massachusetts. He also served as director, North American sales and distribution, where he was responsible for leading a commercial organisation of nearly 40 sales professionals across many industries. (NA)
