The Rabatex poly-beamer offers advanced features like auto tension control, close loop control for speed and tension, is fully PLC controlled, 10.4” HMI with graphical display, pneumatic break on creel spindles, AC motor for beam arm traverse movement, comb assembly with width adjustment provision, comb assembly oscillation movement, and hydraulic beam donning/doffing device, while also offering safety for donning/doffing machine operation.
Rabatex also manufactures customised creels for technical textile applications for glass fibre, geo grid, flat warp, monofilaments, etc. The company designs and produces these creels as per the specifications provided by the customer.
