The company presented heated godet rolls used in applications such as spinning. The rolls are suitable for highest temperature and have speed up to 7000 m/min. They come with energy saving motors and temperature efficient heating or active cooling concepts, including control units.
Retech displayed air bearing separator rolls (ABSR), in extended range of dimensions, useful for all applications that demand high speed and long service life. They can even be used in high end technical yarns, according to a press release.
The Switzerland firm also showed win-OLT yarn tension sensor, used in the complete monitoring of DTY, a polyester yarn filament and spinning machines for the improvement of quality in yarn production. The performance range of the sensor includes the complete system together with the necessary software, service and spare parts, as well as single yarn tension sensors.
Retech exhibited the development of innovative, efficient, and high quality draw machines built according to customer specification. Modification, conversion, and upgrading were also discussed at the expo.
The Techtextil show is the world’s biggest spectrum of materials, processes, and technologies for the entire textile value chain. This year’s show attracted around 42,000 visitors from 116 countries, whereas attendance increased by about 6 per cent in comparison to the previous show in 2013.
Retech attended this show for first time and as a textile machine component manufacturer in the field of thermal and mechanical processing of synthetic filaments they displayed their products to international customers. (GK)
