The new autoclave, housed in Royal’s newest addition, is significantly larger than Royal’s five other autoclaves. In an effort to increase capacity and stay ahead of the growth curve, Royal procured long-lead materials for the autoclave in April of 2012. Preparation of Royal’s facilities began in March of 2013, and the autoclave arrived onsite in July.
As Royal looks ahead to increasing production, the company is placing importance on acquiring the resources necessary for the growth. According to Jarrod Ridge, Business Development Manager at Royal, “Royal has seen an increased number of potential opportunities from both current and prospective customers, and we are gearing up for an escalation in sales.”
