The TMI Group of Companies, a global manufacturer of testing instrumentation, announced today that it has acquired Textilbedarf Langen GmbH & Co. KG,(TBL), Monchengladbach , Germany.
For more than 75 years, TBL has established a reputation of providing exceptional service to the textile machinery, components and parts industry in Germany and Europe. As a part of the TMI Group, TBL will integrate the TMI Group brand into their existing product offerings throughout Europe. TBL will also serve as the European sales headquarters as TMI Europe.
