The TMI Group of Companies, a global manufacturer of testing instrumentation, is pleased to announce the addition of Jason Dong as General Manager of the recently founded TMI Trading (China) Company Ltd. in Shanghai, China.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Jason was employed with Lorentzen & Wettre (Shanghai) Testing Equipment Co., Ltd. for over ten years. Starting out as a Service Engineer with the company, he quickly advanced to Service Manager and most recently, Managing Director. "I feel very proud to join The TMI Group and extend my experience in both sales and service support," says Jason. "With the new office in China, our main goal is to establish a good service business on preventative care and maintenance, startup installation, repair and technical sales support." As General Manager of TMI Trading (China) Company Ltd., Jason will be responsible for sales and management of agents and distributors in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong and will work closely with the TMI Group's existing agent in Beijing, Danbell Equipment Co., Ltd.
