Set up in 1997, with a capacity of 5,000 tons per annum, current production capacity at Aslanli now has reached 18.000 tons per year, by expanding as well as revising and modernizing its production lines.
Aslanli produces bleached cotton according to technical specifications determined by analytical methods at regulated standards. (European Pharmacopoeia, US Pharmacopoeia & British Pharmacopoeia).
In all stages of production, quality control tests are carried out at its fully functional laboratory in order to achieve the highest quality control standards.
In 2012, after getting a license for organic cotton production, Aslanli added new products to its product range.
In 2014, by modernizing and adding new instruments to its laboratory, Aslanli has now begun offering services on innovation and fiber engineering. The objective is to produce every kind of bleached cotton fiber demanded by its customer’s at the most favorable terms.
Aslanli also pays maximum attention for the protection of the environment and natural resources. It recycles a portion of the water and uses it again. The rest of the waste water is discharged in to the environment after due treatment at its effluent treatment plant.
