Finnish nonwovens producer Ahlstrom has upwardly revised its outlook for adjusted operating profit margin in 2016, while the outlook for net sales remains unchanged.
As per the revised outlook, the adjusted operating profit from continuing operations is expected to be 5.0-6.0 per cent of net sales as against the prior outlook of 4.2-5.2 per cent.Finnish nonwovens producer Ahlstrom has upwardly revised its outlook for adjusted operating profit margin in 2016, while the outlook for net sales remains unchanged. The company has kept unchanged its outlook for net sales from continuing operations in 2016 to be in the range of €950-1,050 million.
Ahlstrom products are used in everyday applications such as filters, medical fabrics, life sciences, diagnostics, wallcoverings, tapes, food and beverage packaging.
In 2015, Ahlstrom's net sales amounted to €1.1 billion and its 3,300 employees serve customers in 22 countries. (AR)
