Alexium is awaiting the delivery of its third generation production line for the Greer, SC facility.

The production unit, which is anticipated to be fully commissioned by mid-February, will more than triple Alexium's current production capacity.

The unit will be used to treat textiles, ballistic fibers, leather, filter media and other materials on a continuous processing line, while offering the ability to demonstrate and optimise various treatments for customers, and build turn-key systems for licensees operating in full-scale production environments.

Alexium is also looking to expand its laboratory area and workforce to meet requests of industry.
