Andritz to bring nonwovens solutions to Techtextil 2017

Andritz, a provider of state-of-the-art nonwoven technology and textile technology for a great variety of applications, is targeting technologies and processes for technical nonwovens and textiles at Techtextil 2017. The company will have its proven nonwovens and textile technologies on display at the fair to be held in Frankfurt, Germany from May 9-12.

The market share for durable applications, such as geotextiles, agriculture, automotive, roofing, or home furnishings covers well over 50 per cent of the nonwovens market. Andritz offers manifold technologies, which are perfectly suited to these end uses, says the company on its website.

A virtual reality show will also be held at the Andritz stand to give visitors a 360° insight into the progressive and diverse lines.

Techtextil is the leading international trade fair for technical textiles and nonwovens showing the full range of potential uses of textile technologies. Under the motto ‘Connecting the Future’, international exhibitors will present their textile innovations to trade visitors. Techtextil will be held in parallel with Texprocess, the leading international trade fair for processing textile and flexible materials. (KD)
