Andritz has received an order from Zhejiang Yanpai Filtration Technology (Yanpai), China, to supply three needlepunch lines to be installed at their site in Tiantai. Andritz is a leader in the hydropower business, the pulp and paper industry, the metal working and steel industries, and in solid/liquid separation in the municipal and industrial segments.
Start-up of the lines, which will produce high-quality needlepunched filter felts, is planned from the fourth quarter of 2019 to the first quarter of 2020. The proven Andritz needlepunch lines will enable Yanpai to obtain high output and also minimise the downtime required.
