The "Swiss Excellence Stiftung" selects products based on their unique technology, their high quality, their market readiness and a strong market potential.

About Bcomp:

Bcomp is based in Fribourg, Switzerland. Its history goes back to 2003, when one of the founders was producing the first fat powder skis on a carbon fibre base. Two ambitious engineers contacted him to improve the existing ski core structure.

With plenty of endurance during infinite garage research nights and powder weekends, the friends developed novel fibre composite technologies and discovered the advantages of natural fibres. This was the spark for the idea to produce performing sustainable products for the Sports & Leisure industry.
