Beinlich Pumpen to show lightweight DARTec pump at CE

In almost every sector of industry, there is a need for great accuracy in terms of reproducibility and metering, which the DARTec is able to fulfil.

The DARTec consists of front, middle and rear plates with two thrust washers, a pair of gearwheels, a pump shaft and a drive shaft.

The compact design makes it ideal for use in handling devices and robot applications. The enclosed bearing minimises dead space, preventing the risk of media hardening during downtimes.

Low drive torques mean it has a good energy footprint, with efficiencies of around 90 per cent being possible even at low viscosity. A range of materials can be supplied for parts that come into contact with media.
