Chomarat, a leading composites firm, and AltusGroup, a collaboration of precast concrete companies, presented CarbonCast, their flagship line of reinforced-concrete prefabricated wall panels, reinforced with Chomarat’s C-GRID carbon-fibre grids, at the “Future of Composites in Construction” trade show, in Chicago, on stand C 10, from June 20 to 22, 2017.
CarbonCast panels are classified ASHRAE 90.1. One of the latest successes of CarbonCast in the US is the Martin Army Community Hospital in Greenville, South Carolina, with more than 18,600 square metres of prefabricated panels.
