Mitsubishi Chemical buying 2 carbon fibre recycling firms

Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation (MCC) has decided to make non-stock acquisition of two German carbon fibre recycling companies, CFK Valley Stade Recycling GmbH & Co KG (CFK) and carboNXT GmbH (carboNXT), through its Swiss subsidiary Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials AG, as a part of the company’s efforts to promote the circular economy.

Fisher Textiles has unveiled Disenfectex printable fabric enhanced by HeiQ V-block technology. Marketed as HeiQ Viroblock in other countries, HeiQ V-block is an antiviral textile technology for industrial use, specially engineered to work against enveloped viruses, such as influenza viruses and human coronaviruses. Mann+Hummel stops production at Ludwigsburg site
