Gazprom Neft and SIBUR have become full owners of Poliom LLC polypropylene plant in Omsk, with the Gazprom Neft—SIBUR joint venture—Sibgazpolymer JSC—signing an agreement on the acquisition of a 50-per cent interest in the charter capital of Poliom LLC, owned by the Titan Group. Lenzing AG, a producer of pulp and specialty fibres from renewable raw material wood, has concluded its expansion and modernisation drive at the pulp plant at the Lenzing site.
