Dainichi Giken, a pioneer of aqueous inorganic polymers in Japan, has developed an aqueous transparent flame-retardant coating, Landex Coat Flame Retardant Clear, in partnership with Daimaru Kogyo, a Japanese chemical trading company, and Teijin, a technology-driven company dealing with advanced fibres, plastics and films, composites, healthcare and IT.

Fibertex Nonwovens has been chosen as the supplier of Formtex for one of the largest bridge projects in the world. The 36 kilometer long concrete bridge is being constructed across the bay between Kuwait City and the Subiyah region.
