HRC setting up centre for composite parts in Changshu

HRC has signed a new investment deal with the local government of Changshu city to set up a new serial production centre for manufacturing advanced composite parts to for the aeronautic, railway and other industries. The centre will be equipped with cutting-edge manufacturing technologies for both thermosetting and thermoplastic based composites.

With a registered capital of total $33.8 million, in the phase I, the new aeronautic centre will be equipped with a variety of cutting-edge manufacturing technologies for both thermosetting and thermoplastic based composites, as well as assisting functional areas such as QS inspection, assembly and packaging etc.

During the past five years, HRC has earned the distinction of being one of the most professional and dedicated lightweight solution providers. It has become the designated carbon fibre part supplier of many well-known OEMs such as Volvo, Geely and FAW.

Since middle of 2018, HRC had started the development and production for aviation projects. In 2019, new independent aeronautic business unit was founded which consists of an international team of experts with strong technological background. With HRC’s strong international network and resources, and its ability to provide rare comprehensive services from engineering design to serial production, the production centre will start functioning as soon as it gets established.
