Italy’s Angelini acquires P&G’s remaining 50% stake in Fameccanica

Angelini Industries, an Italian industrial firm, has signed an agreement with P&G to buy the latter's stake in Fameccanica, which until now was a 50/50 joint venture between the two companies.
