Miller Weldmaster exhibits at Serigrafia SIGN FutureTEXTIL

The Serigrafia SIGN FutureTEXTIL Tradeshow is the largest tradeshow in Latin America for machines, equipment, products and services for screen, textile and digital printing, communications graphics, signs, and promotional materials. Annually the tradeshow attracts over 45,000 visitors and over 600 exhibiter brands from inside Brazil and from other countries worldwide.

At the event, Miller Weldmaster showcased the T-300 Extreme by using it to finish off the edges of banners. "Brazil was great for our first look at how we can further serve the needs of customers in South America. The T-300 Extreme Edge fully meets sign and banner manufacturers' needs by using a combination of enhanced machine functionality, ergonomic design features, and acutely controlled operation parameters to increase productivity and efficiency. Multiple sign and banner manufacturers worldwide have selected the T-300 Extreme for their manufacturing needs, on account of its ability to finish all banner and sign edgework with effectiveness and timeliness.

To illustrate its innovation, the machine can finish a 3X8 foot (.914M x 2.43M) banner in under 60 seconds, making it the fastest seamer on today's market. It is capable of welding PVC, PE, PU, and many other material types. It can produce hem, pocket, and rope-in-hem finishes on banners, signs, and printed media, and manufactures textile products at up to 30 meters per minute.

Quick repeatable precision head adjustments and independently controlled weld rollers are part of the seamer, enabling machine operators to manufacture product with ease and efficiency. A 25 memory settings feature further enhances machine users' manufacturing experience, making machine operation effortless and efficient.
