Durio PPE Sdn Bhd, the largest manufacturer of face masks and melt-blown fabrics (middle filtration layer of a mask) in Malaysia, has launched a new series of 545 Trendish solid colour 4-ply surgical face masks with a theme of 'Colour Your Life', making masks more stylish. Glatfelter Corp, a leading supplier of engineered materials, has announced that effective March 15, 2021 it will increase prices for all composite fibres products by up to 8 per cent, or as customer contracts permit. According to company, the decision is due to ongoing global price rise for raw materials like pulp, synthetic fibres, and other chemicals.
