Zoltek using green energy for C fibre production

Zoltek Companies, the global leader in low-cost industrial grade carbon fibre, has started using green energy for a portion of its carbon fibre production. The Zoltek facility located in Nyergesújfalu, Hungary, the largest fully integrated carbon fibre plant in the world, began using electricity produced from renewable resources in early 2020.

India's CCEA approves National Technical Textiles Mission

India's Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, chaired by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, recently approved setting up of a National Technical Textiles Mission with a total outlay of ₹1480 crore to make the country a global leader in technical textiles.
